CONGRATULATIONS!! You have done all your research and made the decision to get a Bernedoodle puppy! We take great pride and dearly love each and every one of our puppies. Please submit this application only if you are really ready for a permanent addition to your family and you are serious about adopting one of our puppies. You are also agreeing that you have checked and been approved with landlords, city, and state officials about adding a puppy to your household. Placing a deposit for a puppy indicates intent on purchasing a puppy from us. Deposits are non-refundable and we reserve the right to deny selling our puppies to buyers / individuals at any time. In this case, a refund (minus fees) would be issued.
After filling out this application, we will contact you most likely through text (whatever number you submit below) to either further the process or to inform you that we have not accepted your application. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please advise us of this in the application below. Keep in mind that this option is acceptable; however, it can delay the process by having to arrange times to place these calls. Please contact us if you haven’t heard back from us within 2 business days.
The order in which these applications are received is the same order we will use to begin the selection process for the future families of our puppies.
