Is your flour organic?
Yes! All the flour we use is organic. Every sourdough loaf we make has a flour blend milled from hard spring wheat that is higher in protein resulting in a loaf with a golden crispy crust while maintaining a soft inside for overall deliciousness!

We do our very best to source organic ingredients, but sometimes that is not possible. We will always strive to provide the most fresh and best ingredients that we can, especially those that are seasonal.
